Responsibilities: • Design and develop technical training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and online tutorials • Facilitate instructor-led classes, either in-person or remotely • Assess learning outcomes and provide feedback to students • Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve training effectiveness • Monitor class progress and provide ongoing support to students • Maintain accurate records of student progress and training materials Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to adapt to changing needs and technologies • Knowledge of adult learning principles Preferred Skills: • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Experience with e-learning authoring tools • Experience in technical writing • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
